Above you will find tabs leading to four sections of material prepared to educate you about hot political topics, important American values, and the key tenants of social and economic liberty.
The tabs separate content into four distinct areas:
- Issues presents many of both the hot and taboo topics affecting all Americans.
- Books provides a list of reading material every American should be familiar with. The list ranges from serious Conservative and economic subject matter to science fiction classics with a lesson to teach us all.
- Speeches is divided into three sections. The first presents material that we believe embodies timeless conservatism, while the second is a list of notable political speeches (from both sides of the aisle), and the third is a list of Presidential and Founding Father's addresses important to Conservatism.
- Links, as the name suggests, is a section with recommendation for further study. Especially important here are the Federalist Papers, the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution. Several of the recommended readings in the books section are also linked to here.
Why should I read all of this?
To be honest, If you have a great working knowledge of the issues you don't need to. But that isn't to say you shouldn't read them anyway. Much of the selection here is from the best of the best, and reading it will not only expand your intellect and your working knowledge of the issues but will also add credibility to your discussions when you effortlessly reference and summarize the arguments of the greats.
The other obvious reason is that next time somebody challenges your beliefs about free market economics, accusses you of heartlessness for not desiring social programs, and tells you that your generic answer about the benefits of capitalism doesn't hold up in the real world, you can shatter their superstitious bubble with your dazzling command of economics, political science, and social phsycology.
